  • Establish a community consultative committee for the Kestrel Mine

  • Use results of Hunter Valley and Clermont socio economic baselines to update community relations plans at each site
  • Document and report number of employees participating in RTCA funded community development activities
  • Execute land access agreements with Wangan Jagalingou people for Clermont and Blair Athol mines, and with Kangoulu people for Kestrel Mine
